Hotel management me 4 main department hote hai

1.      Front office (FO) Department

Front office ek operational department hota hai jaha guest ki reservation, registration, room booking hoti hai, ye department room selling ke liye responsible hota hai .

2.       Housekeeping (HK) Department

Housekeeping is also a operational department which deals with the hotel cleanly ness and maintenance of the aesthetic upkeep of the public area (Entrance of the hotel, lobby, cloak room (toilet) etc.) HK gust ki needs ka dhayan rakta hai. In room dinning, laundry services provided karvata hai

3.       Food production (FB) Department

Is department ki responsibility hoti Hai:

Guest or staff ke liye food prepare and present karna hota hai. Isme bhi work post hoti hai chef d cousin, chef d patisserie, chef Poisson, chef d Entremet, chef d rotisserie etc 
Head of the department is chef d cousin also known as executive chef, after executive chef sous hota hai ya hoti hai

4.       Food & Beverage service (FBS) Department

FBS ka kaam hota hai food sell karna, is department ke bare me logo ki assumption hai ki waiter bannaa padega but nahi yaha pr aap waiter ke alava Bar tander, kitchen stewarding, cashier ect bhi hote hai. Is department me work lood bahot hota hai or salary bhi + tips + gifts by guest.

To ye the 4 main department apko inhi 4 main department me se ek me choose karna hoga. Hotel management course 3 se 4 years ka hota hai. Or fees lagbhag 60,000 to 90,000 hotii hai ek Bachelor Degree or deploma ka 30,000 to 40,000 ki bich me fee hoti hai.

Me bhi ek hotel management student hu maine NCHMCT (national counselling for hotel management and catering technology) jo all over india exam conduct kavate hai for IHM admission, aap chahe to exam de kar BSC H&HA me admission kava skte ho nchm.nic.in ya fir direct admission karvaa skte hai BSC H&HA course me jiski fee hai 1,2500/year (3yesr course) at kukreja institute (KIHM), Dehradun Ye ek private ihm hai north india ka best ihm hai or placement me bhi best hai (hyatt, Hilton, taj hotel, ITC, lila, JW marriott etc).
